Lead SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Application Development

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead with strong expertise in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting to lead the design, build, and configuration of applications.

As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines, and ensure application development aligns with business objectives.

You will also provide strategic guidance, resolve challenges, and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
  • Lead and manage the application development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Take accountability for team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key business and technical decisions.
  • Provide solutions to complex business and technical challenges across teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • Must-Have Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
    • Hands-on experience with integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
    • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
    • Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Candidate must have minimum 5 years of strong experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
    • Full-time education of 15 years is required.
