**Associate Director - SAP S/4HANA Transformation Expert**

We are seeking an accomplished Project Delivery Leader with extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions tailored to client needs, focusing on manufacturing industry environments.
  • Provide deep functional expertise in one or more process areas (Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay).
  • Support presales initiatives, including client workshops, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal defense.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define SAP-enabled transformation roadmaps.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering professional development and delivery excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage additional SAP solutions to enhance client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of overall SAP experience, including at least 8+ years in delivery leadership of large-scale S/4HANA programs.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementations across multiple industries, with emphasis on manufacturing.
  • Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Procure-to-Pay.
  • Demonstrated presales capabilities: solution design, client engagement, and proposal support.
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills with a strong client-facing presence.
  • Experience in India-based delivery models with distributed/global teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior Big 4 consulting experience, especially in India delivery projects.
  • Knowledge of South Indian languages to support local client engagements.
  • Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country SAP programs.
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules / S/4HANA.
