Transformative Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformative Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Pre-Sales and Solutions Engineering team, you will bridge strategy, sales, and technology, working with our AI and Digital Transformation Pre-Sales team to solve complex business problems using modern AI and data solutions.

The Role:

  • Partner with Account Executives to run deep discovery sessions with potential clients, leading solution scoping, proof-of-concept design, and business case articulation.
  • Translate client needs into technically sound, commercially viable proposals, influencing technical evaluations and RFP responses with confidence and clarity.
  • Architect solution blueprints combining AI/ML models, cloud infrastructure, and legacy systems, advising on best-fit technologies and platforms – Azure, AWS, GCP, or hybrid.
  • Support pilot deployments and co-develop initial rollouts with Delivery teams, continuously engaging with internal product and engineering teams to feed insights from the field.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor during post-sale handoff, guiding customers in maximizing proprietary frameworks.
  • Recommend scalable integrations, data flows, and AI model tuning strategies tailored to each customer's environment.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant role, with strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and modern data stack tools.
  • Ability to speak with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
