Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and deliver digital transformation programs. This role assumes overall delivery responsibility for the project.

This position involves working closely with technical stakeholders to ensure that solutions are optimal and aligned with business requirements. Key responsibilities include participating in technical discussions, presenting technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders, and managing day-to-day progress of projects.

  • Work closely with architects, designers, tech leads, and product owners to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to develop processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing complex IT and business initiatives. They will also have a deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to ensure right solutions are delivered.

Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and project management skills are required. The candidate should be able to work under tight project deadlines and possess self-motivation, teamwork, and results orientation.

Experience with executing projects in multiple areas such as supply chain, e-commerce, IoT/embedded systems, digital twins, cloud infrastructure, and industrial operations management is an added advantage.
