Manufacturing Digitization Specialist

This is a critical role in advancing our digital transformation agenda across the region. As a Manufacturing Digitization Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the deployment and adoption of digital manufacturing solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Markets/Business Units, ensuring technology initiatives align with business priorities and goals.
  • Lead the implementation of shop floor solutions, including DVC, GE shop floor automation, Paperless, and other digital solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of shop floor solutions, aligned with our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and sector transformation strategies.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with business processes and operations to deliver measurable value and efficiency.
  • Oversee project delivery, tracking progress, anticipating risks, and driving timely resolution of roadblocks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 10–12 years of relevant IT experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing digitization and shop floor automation.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation within plant environments.
  • Hands-on experience deploying shop floor/industrial digitization programs, including MES, SCADA, and GE shop floor automation solutions.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • Experience in consulting or leading large-scale supply chain transformation programs is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in business-level English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset and focus on execution.
