The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing reservations and bookings, coordinating with clients, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet every visitor like they are walking into a sanctuary of strength
  • Manage check-ins, appointments, and quick inquiries
  • Recognize serious clients and fast-track them to sales
  • Maintain visual perfection at the entrance, lounge, and waiting areas
  • Help during internal events, workshops, and meets
  • Update simple client information and feedback points in CRM

Eligibility:
