
Senior Customer Experience Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Administration Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role- This is a critical position responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective call management and issue resolution.
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Address customer concerns related to products, services, orders, or accounts in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Log interactions and transactions accurately using scheduling systems, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Rout complex issues to specialized teams while maintaining open communication channels and staying updated on company offerings.
- 12th/2nd PUC or equivalent qualification
- 6+ months experience in a call center environment or customer service role
- Demonstrated clear verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and empathy
- Able to troubleshoot and escalate conflicts effectively
- Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
