- Play an integral role in delivering annual pay review and bonus processes, ensuring alignment with statutory compliance and market practices.
- Conduct thorough market benchmarking, trend analysis, and advisory services to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
- Liaise with HR operations to implement programs, coordinate with benefits partners/vendors, and work with other functions to execute benefits programs.
- Provide consulting advice to clients, design, and implement specific rewards-related projects.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a compensation role, with a strong understanding of Total Rewards design principles and their application.
- Familiarity with one or more leading Job Evaluation frameworks, with experience in conducting annual compensation cycles.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel, with strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, with a university degree in HR preferred.
- Relevant certifications from widely recognized professional bodies.
