Compensation Strategy Lead Job DescriptionOverview of the Position:

The Compensation Strategy Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive global compensation strategy to attract and retain top talent in the IT services industry.

  • Develop and execute a global compensation framework that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Oversee differentiated rewards programs, including short-term incentives and long-term incentives, to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure accurate pay classification and equitable compensation practices.
  • Conduct global compensation benchmarking and market analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Administer and manage global benefits programs to provide competitive and attractive employee benefits packages.
  • Provide analytical support for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to drive business results and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including data modeling and advanced Excel functions.
