We are seeking a seasoned Government Sales Executive to lead our business development efforts in the public sector. This role involves driving sales growth, building strong relationships with government officials, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the government sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Stay current on industry trends, laws, and regulations affecting government sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of B2G (Business-to-Government) sales experience.
- Proven success in selling IT/software/security solutions to government clients.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and procedures.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in GovTech, e-Governance, cybersecurity, or fraud prevention solution sales.
- Understanding of government IT budgets and procurement patterns.
