Job Description">

As a seasoned delivery leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of software engineering projects and programs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of priorities, seamless execution visibility, project delivery, and achievement of targeted outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning
  • Define program scope, goals, and roadmap in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.
  • Lead program-level planning and prioritization.

Collaborative Execution">

Coordinate efforts across multiple software development teams and technical team members to facilitate milestone planning and progress tracking.

Ensure cross-team understanding, visibility, and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Project Delivery
  • Monitor and report on project and program progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.

Team Member Communication">

Promote open communication between engineering, product, and team members to provide detailed updates on status, risks, and program decisions.

Align all team members around important outcomes and delivery expectations.

  • Risk and Issue Management
  • Manage project and program issues effectively, maintaining risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program or project management in software engineering or related technical field.
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
