Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Domain Expertise: Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domains.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects applicable to the HLS industry, with a good grasp of technology and product engineering to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading highly skilled teams, including team leaders and product developers, to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Able to learn required domain and technology necessary for the program/area of engagement.
  • Minimum Requirements: At least 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Salesforce Management Programs.
  • Proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with mix of T&M, fixed price, etc.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director-level stakeholders.
  • Additional Considerations: Willingness to travel for customer meetings (10% to 25%).
