Are you a results-driven Chartered Accountant seeking a challenging role in the manufacturing industry? This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the finance and accounts team, driving growth and success through strategic financial planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, in compliance with Indian accounting standards.

Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful recommendations to improve financial performance.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, maintaining internal controls and adhering to accounting policies.

Taxation

Manage GST & statutory compliances, including preparation and filing of returns, while staying updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the company.

Assist with income tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Auditing

Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit process, implementing audit recommendations and enhancing internal controls.

Budgeting and Forecasting

Support budgeting and forecasting activities, monitoring budget variances and reporting significant issues to management.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement improvements, ensuring adherence to internal controls and accounting policies.

Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on achieving departmental goals.

Qualifications

CA QUALIFICATION IS REQUIRED:

  • 8-10 years of experience in the Accounts Department, with at least 5 years on-site working as a Chartered Accountant.
  • Solid background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation regulations applicable in India.
