Senior Finance and Accounts Manager Job Opportunity
This is a key role within the organization, responsible for leading the Finance and Accounts department. The successful candidate will be required to prepare financial statements in compliance with Indian accounting standards, manage GST and statutory compliances, coordinate with external auditors, support budgeting and forecasting activities, identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, and supervise junior accounting staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian accounting standards.
- Taxation: Manage GST & statutory compliances, including preparation and filing of returns.
- Auditing: Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit process.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement improvements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Chartered Accountant qualification is essential.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Accounts Department, with at least 5 years on-site working as a Chartered Accountant.
- Solid background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation regulations applicable in India.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive and experienced Chartered Accountant looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization.
