Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Leader to oversee our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Performance Management:
    • Drive and monitor the achievement of sales goals for your department.
    • Set realistic yet ambitious targets, with flexibility to adapt based on performance trends.
    • Track sales performance continuously, taking timely corrective actions when necessary.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.
    • Understand customer needs, cultivate rapport, and establish loyal relationships with key clientele.
    • Take ownership of customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation:
    • Ensure that all visual merchandising guidelines are followed to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
    • Provide constructive feedback to visual merchandisers to enhance the store's visual appeal and product presentation.
  • Shrinkage & Inventory Control:
    • Implement best practices to minimize shrinkage by training staff on merchandise handling and stock protection.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee the smooth running of the store, maintaining high standards across all operations.
    • Execute operational procedures efficiently, ensuring consistency and excellence in areas such as housekeeping, fitting rooms, and checkout processes.
    • Monitor product quality, address any issues swiftly, and communicate feedback to the merchandising team.
  • Cashier Support & Training:
    • Assist in the training of cashiers and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operations at checkout.
