We are seeking a visionary Retail Operations Director to drive the growth and profitability of our retail business.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in retail management, franchise relations, property negotiations, and market analysis.

Retail Operations
  • Manage Franchise Operations: Ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Negotiate Property Leases: Finalize agreements and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all stores.
  • Implement operational policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor store performance, sales, and profitability.
Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional/store managers and retail teams.
  • Drive training and development programs to enhance performance.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture across retail outlets.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in franchise management and property acquisition.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expertise in franchise and company-owned retail models.
  • Strong understanding of retail market trends and customer behavior.
  • Ability to drive multi-location operations with efficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and retail management tools.
