Job Title: Chief Test Operations Manager

This is a highly sought-after position for an experienced and skilled individual who can oversee the creation of a test team, support the transition of test activities, and ensure team efficiency. We are seeking a results-driven professional with exceptional leadership skills to manage the Delhi team and ensure team cohesion and growth.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of QA or testing experience, with at least 2-4 years in a lead or management position, and possess strong understanding of manual and automated testing, including regression testing, test automation, performance testing, and defect management.
  • We require a university degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Aeronautics, or similar, and ISTQB, CSTM, CTM, CMSQ, or equivalent certification.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creation of a test team in India and support the transition of test activities.
  • Manage the Delhi team to ensure team cohesion and growth, work continuity, knowledge coverage, and seniority.
  • Review projects done with Indian suppliers and set up processes to cover all testing aspects.
  • Sustain a no-silo setup, ensuring regular discussions between the test team and the rest of the scrum team for fast defect correction.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of QA or testing experience, with at least 2-4 years in a lead or management position.
  • University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Aeronautics, or similar.
  • ISTQB, CSTM, CTM, CMSQ, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong understanding of manual and automated testing, including regression testing, test automation, performance testing, and defect management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in coordinating between offshore and onshore teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the aeronautical industry.
