Job Description: Associate Recruiter

We're seeking a strategic partner to lead sourcing efforts, create deep candidate pools, and deliver a candidate-centric recruiting approach. As an Associate Recruiter, you'll be hands-on, personal, tenacious, data-driven, curious, and committed to finding top talent for ETS.

You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop specific strategies, and create job requisitions that meet our requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Staying up-to-date with trends across the global recruiting landscape to understand labor market implications for our hiring needs.
  • Working with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and create job requisitions.
  • Sourcing, identifying, and cultivating passive candidates to convert them into applicants.
  • Persuasively engaging with promising candidates to build their interest in ETS and keep them progressing through the hiring process.
  • Conducting initial interviews to confirm candidate-position alignment.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to progress and evaluate candidates through the formal interviewing and offer process.
  • Managing target metrics, TA recruiting standards, and driving positive overall candidate experience.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as an Associate Recruiter, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of full-cycle corporate/agency recruiting experience supporting a global organization.
  • Experience in high-volume/call center recruiting.
  • Advanced relationship management skills and ability to sell effectively to stakeholders.
  • Strong data analytic skills and understanding of recruiting metrics.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, management, marketing, or related field.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
