Regional Growth Manager
About the Role:The Regional Growth Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market share in the assigned area of operations. This involves strategic planning, team recruitment and management, as well as ensuring visibility and accountability through effective deployment of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive growth and expand market share in the assigned area of operations.
- Ensure visibility and accountability through extensive QR & Sound Box deployment and the sale of the product.
- Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
- Plan the market size, span, and geographies for TLs (Team Leads) and FSE (Field Sales Executives).
- Devise the best methods for communicating plans and targets to the team to minimize expectations vs. delivery gaps.
- Monitor quality parameters as suggested by management.
- Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in team leadership and management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team.
