Finance System Professional

We are seeking an experienced finance system professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing financial systems, implementing ERP solutions, and building Power BI dashboards to support real-time financial reporting and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with the Finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Lead or support ERP implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.
  • Manage finance system–related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
  • Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
  • Train Finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
