SAP FICO Specialist Role Overview

At People Prime Worldwide, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO specialist with expertise in RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, etc.
  • Design and implement solutions for SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting).
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Handle system configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
  • Conduct user training and documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RAR.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes (P2P, O2C, Record to Report).
  • Experience with integration between FICO and other SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.).
  • Good understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
