**Job Opportunity:** Financial Systems Support Specialist

**Overview:** We seek a skilled professional to provide production support for Oracle Cloud Revenue Management, Receivables, and Intercompany processes. The successful candidate will possess a blend of financial accounting knowledge (ASC 606/IFRS 15) and technical troubleshooting expertise.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Support revenue recognition & compliance by ensuring accurate ASC 606 and IFRS 15 implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain revenue contracts, deferrals, allocations, and adjustments.
  • Provide support for receivables & invoicing functions, including AutoInvoice, Receipts, Collections, Tax, and Dunning.
  • Maintain intercompany processes, including invoicing, transfer pricing, netting, and balancing.
  • Assist with accounting & period close activities, such as AR-GL reconciliations and revenue close.
  • Offer technical support for SQL, APIs, FBDI/ADFdi, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Handle compliance & audit requirements, including SOX, Tax, and Reporting.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support teams for issue resolution and quarterly updates.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Revenue Management, AR, and Intercompany.
  • Solid understanding of finance & accounting standards, including IFRS and GAAP.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, integrations, APIs, and Oracle Cloud tools.
  • Proven track record in production support & issue resolution.
