Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead and supervise the testing of financial systems and products developed in-house.

This role involves close collaboration with business and development teams to ensure robust system performance across trading and settlement.

  • Engage with business units to understand trading and settlement processes
  • Document business requirements and prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Specifications (BRS)
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including business teams, vendors, and IT infrastructure
  • Develop detailed test plans, functional test cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Execute comprehensive functional, integration, and system testing using both manual and automated methods
  • Ensure thorough test coverage across all development phases
  • Track, document, and close defects; prepare and circulate insightful test reports
  • Monitor adherence to project timelines and testing milestones

Required Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience in highly computerized environments
  • Strong knowledge of BRS / Functional Specs, Test planning and execution, Manual & automated testing tools, Integration and system testing
  • Prior experience testing systems/products in Securities, Money Markets, Derivatives
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements
  • Mandatory: Mobile application testing experience
  • Desirable: Experience with trading platforms
