Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

  • Drive interior design processes from initial concept to final execution, translating client needs into compelling functional spaces.
  • Develop comprehensive design schemes, including expert space planning, material selection, and FF&E specifications.
  • Create detailed 2D construction drawings, stunning 3D models, and photorealistic renderings to present your vision to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and project managers to ensure perfect integration of design and technical requirements.
  • Act as the primary design contact for clients, presenting ideas, gathering feedback, and ensuring their objectives are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of professional interior design experience, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and complex projects.
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and rendering engines.
  • Exceptional skills in space planning, building codes, and knowledge of materials and industry trends.
  • Presenting ideas clearly and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
