We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior designs that meet the needs of our clients.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality interior designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of interior design trends and technologies.
- Lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
- Owning an end-to-end Project lifecycle.
About You:
- A graduate or holder of a relevant Diploma.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
- Led and delivered minimum 2 to 4 Residential Modular KWS projects.
- Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
- Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), and Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).
- Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
- Ability to create BoQ for customers and coordinate with internal & external agencies.
- Sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
- Result-oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
- High degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.
