Job Description

Craft compelling mood boards, 3D renderings, and articulate presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships through effective communication and exceptional client experience.
    • Manage expectations and address issues promptly.
  • Conceptual Design:
    • Formulate innovative proposals incorporating comprehensive space planning, thoughtful color schemes, refined furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
    • Craft compelling mood boards, 3D renderings, and articulate presentations to communicate design concepts.
  • Space Planning and Layout:
    • Devise efficient space plans accounting for workflow optimization, ergonomic principles, and cultural ethos.
    • Leverage space utilization strategies to enhance productivity and foster a cohesive work culture.
  • Material Selection and Specification:
    • Curate materials that align with the envisioned aesthetic while meeting functional criteria.
    • Ensure adherence to safety and sustainability standards.
    • Optimize for durability, functionality, and visual appeal.
  • Budget Management:
    • Create project budgets and timelines within budget constraints.
    • Source and procure materials within established budgets.
    • Enhance financial performance by optimizing design solutions.
  • Project Documentation:
    • Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation.
    • Maintain accurate project records throughout the lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership:
