About this Role

This is a challenging opportunity to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing design initiatives, focusing on engaging global audiences and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced creative leader with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, including AI-powered tools. They will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering strategic, result-oriented designs that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and execute marketing design initiatives, including digital ads, landing pages, social media creatives, video graphics, and other communication materials.
  • Coordinate marketing communication efforts with cross-functional teams to develop strategic, result-oriented designs.
  • Act as a brand advocate and custodian, ensuring adherence to guidelines across all design and communication materials.
  • Spearhead new design initiatives to drive higher engagement and conversions.
  • Manage a team of designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to elevate team output and design quality.
  • Manage collateral production and content updates, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to streamline design operations and uphold creative excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or fine art.
  • 6-9 years of creative experience within an agency or startup environment.
  • Proven experience leading creative projects and managing high-performing design teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance creative workflows.
  • Expertise in online design and video tools like Canva or Figma and Invideo.
  • Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro.
  • Able to work effectively in a strong cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Passionate about learning the latest in design through online courses and workshops.
  • Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential.
