We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Artist with expertise in commercial interior design to join our team.

Job Description

This role involves creating high-quality, photo-realistic 3D models and renderings of commercial interior spaces. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with interior designers and architects to understand project requirements and design concepts for commercial interior design and build.
  • Contributing creative ideas regarding furniture, fixtures, materials, and lighting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent spatial reasoning skills, strong visual design abilities, and proficiency in modern software tools such as SketchUp and Enscape.

In this position, you will work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visualizations while maintaining a high level of detail.

Solid understanding of sustainable design practices and materials is an asset.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Commercial Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a 3D Artist in the commercial interior design sector.
  • Proficiency in:
    • 3D Modeling: SketchUp
    • Rendering: Enscape
    • Post-production: Adobe Photoshop, After Effects

A solid foundation in communication, time management, and teamwork is also essential.

Please note that we are only interested in candidates working in commercial interior design fit-outs and spaces. Software proficiency in 3D modeling (SketchUp) and rendering (Enscape) is required.
