Job Title: Visionary Space Planner

Job Description:

As a skilled Interior Designer, you will have the opportunity to utilize your creativity and technical expertise to deliver innovative design solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To drive sales closures by owning the sales funnel and providing excellent customer experience during projects.
  • To lead quality accuracy of design deliverables and own an end-to-end project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of delivering residential modular KWS projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software.
  • Strong expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), and modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning).
  • Civil works services (specifications, installation details) and project management expertise, including creating BOQs for customers and coordinating with internal and external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in logical and trusted sales pitches, driving and leading design meetings with customers.
  • Behavioral attributes of result-oriented, team work, integrity, ethics, crisp meaningful communication, and high willingness to learn and drive performance among independent team members.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best possible solution for clients.
