Job Description

Expertise in Artificial Intelligence Research

As an AI Research Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading innovative research initiatives in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, Semantic Search, OCR, and Intelligent Automation. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is also highly desirable.

  • Research and Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of AI researchers and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored AI solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Publish research papers and present findings at industry conferences to stay ahead of the curve and share expertise with peers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics Communication; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven skills in AI/ML development, deployment, and optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, DevOps tools, and AI frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
