  • Drive innovation by integrating AI tools into our creative workflows.
  • Pioneering scalable frameworks for AI-based content creation (branding, marketing assets, UI/UX visuals, campaigns).
  • Project Execution & Oversight
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process from ideation to execution, leading campaigns (real estate launches, resort marketing, wellness products).
  • Manage production of high-quality digital content, motion graphics, videos, and immersive experiences using AI and conventional tools.
  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables for creative projects within our studio.
  • AI & Technology Integration
  • Stay at the forefront of trends in AI design tools.
  • Guide our team in leveraging AI tools to accelerate creativity without compromising originality.
  • Explore innovative formats for customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in creative direction, with at least 3+ years leading AI or tech-driven creative projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns and integration of AI tools in creative workflows.

Leadership & Strategic Skills:

  • Exceptional ability to conceptualize groundbreaking ideas and translate them into executable creative strategies.
  • Proven project management skills with experience managing cross-functional creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch ideas to leadership and stakeholders.
