Responsibilities include developing and implementing visual strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • Develop and evolve visual languages for all properties.
  • Lead design efforts across web, social, editorial, motion, events, and spatial formats.
  • Integrate creative AI tools into concepting, style-framing, motion pre-visualization, and rapid prototyping.
  • Elevate video and motion by partnering with the video team to craft cinematic title cards, lower thirds, and data-driven infographics.
  • Systemize excellence by creating scalable design systems, asset libraries, and AI prompts that speed up quality without compromising it.
  • Mentor and multiply by coaching graphic designers, motion artists, and freelancers; instill a culture of critique and craft.
Requirements:">
  • 6–10 years leading multi-disciplinary design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.
  • Expertise in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma; bonus points for Blender/C4D, Unreal, or 3-D prototyping apps.
  • AI Fluency: Proven use of Gen-AI image/video tools for ideation or production; ability to write, refine, and share effective prompt libraries.
  • Visual Mastery: Expert eye for typography, color, layout, motion, data-viz, and brand systems.
