Senior Creative Visionary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Visionary to lead the development of innovative and client-centric interior solutions.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth by leveraging exceptional creativity, design expertise, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and take ownership of the client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design Quality: Lead and ensure the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables, including conceptual design, technical design, and modular design.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of leading and delivering at least 5-6 residential projects.
  • Skills and Expertise:
  • Proficiency in design tools, including PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in:
  • Conceptual Design: Layout planning, style development, and mood boards.
  • Technical Design: Material knowledge, execution strategies, and drawing preparation.
  • Modular Design: Understanding of materials, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning.
  • Civil Works & Services: Specifications and installation details.
