City Business Development Lead

We are currently seeking a seasoned and results-driven Business Development Lead to manage all sales activities within the city. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading generation and nurturing, conducting client meetings, product demos, and presentations; as well as managing negotiations for profitable agreements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify new prospects and build a pipeline of potential clients through various online and offline channels.
  • Sales and Deal Closure: Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations; manage negotiations for profitable agreements.
  • Account Management: Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their needs to propose tailored solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and regulations that may impact business operations.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in sectors like EV, automotive, infrastructure, real estate, technology, or energy.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with simple web platforms for CRM, reporting, project management, and other sales-related tools.
