Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Strategy:
- Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
Content Creation and Design:
- Work with designers and copywriters to craft compelling email content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure email templates are visually appealing, mobile-friendly, and consistent with brand guidelines.
Audience Segmentation:
- Analyze customer data to segment audiences for personalized messaging that boosts relevance and response rates.
- Use CRM tools to manage and refine email lists to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to inform future campaign strategies.
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, and design for maximum impact.
- Implement findings to enhance future campaigns and achieve better results.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for email marketing (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain expertise and deliver exceptional results.
Automation and Tools:
- Utilize email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp) to automate workflows and streamline processes.
- Implement triggered campaigns based on user behavior to increase relevance and engagement.
Collaboration:
- Partner with the analytics team to understand customer behavior and refine strategies for improved outcomes.
- Work closely with sales teams to align email campaigns with broader business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in email marketing strategy and execution.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
