About The Role:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing email campaigns to drive engagement, increase customer loyalty, and support revenue goals. This position requires a mix of strategy, creativity, and data-driven thinking, with a strong understanding of audience segmentation, automation, and best practices in email marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage, retain, and convert customers.
- Write compelling content and design eye-catching email templates that align with brand guidelines.
- Segment audiences and personalize email content to improve relevance and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and inform future strategies.
- Manage email lists and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e. g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with the overall marketing goals.
- Stay current with email marketing best practices and industry trends.
- Perform market research to gain a better understanding of needs.
- Crafting powerful copy that provides value to customers.
- Drive lead generation through strategic email outreach, nurturing campaigns, and lead magnets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a strong focus on grammar, tone, and style.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of email design principles, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
- Familiarity with relevant email marketing regulations and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
