Job Title: Procurement Executive

Job Description:

The role of a procurement executive is pivotal in shaping the buying process for all projects. This encompasses fitting purchases into the project framework while maintaining freight and supply chain costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing diverse procurement activities and aligning with design engineering requirements
  • Developing and maintaining productive relationships with direct reports, senior management, vendors, other support groups, and project team members
  • Reviewing all purchase orders and contracts to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Ensuring accuracy and adequacy of purchasing/contracts negotiation and supply chain administration activities
  • Meeting various supply chain requirements relating to project performance
  • Negotiating terms and conditions, prices, and vendor management strategies
  • Coordinating with expediting and project management teams during project execution to maintain on-time material delivery and supply
