Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Associate to join our team and drive business efficiency through streamlined backend operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless daily workflows and a high-quality experience across all touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day operational activities, including scheduling, document management, and distribution of materials.
  • Oversee student admissions, onboarding, and course coordination with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and LMS platforms, ensuring all data is accurate and accessible.
  • Analyze and report on operational performance metrics to inform process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions to drive process efficiency.
  • Assist with exam logistics and uphold compliance with quality standards and regulatory policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, with 1–3 years of operations experience in an EdTech or tech-forward environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets; experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • A genuine passion for education and technology is highly valued.

Bonus Points: Previous experience with CRM systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
