Credit Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a Credit Relationship Specialist to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all credit-related needs.

This role is ideal for a professional with 5-7 years of experience in credit analysis, relationship management, and financial services.

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess creditworthiness and risk.
  • Structure, negotiate, and present credit proposals for various products such as term loans, working capital facilities, and project finance.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic financial advice.
  • Monitor the credit quality of the portfolio, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all credit activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and legal requirements.

Key skills include:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio and achieve business targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g. CFA, CA) are highly preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate credit, relationship management, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
