Strategic Corporate Credit Analyst

This is a strategic role where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients and conducting detailed due diligence on borrowers.
- Perform forward-looking fundamental credit analysis to assess borrowers' financial health and make informed decisions.
- Support Relationship Managers in managing end-to-end annual renewal of limits and borrower ratings, collaborating with stakeholders such as Product teams and Credit Officers/Approvers.
- Prepare periodic sector reports and event-based stress tests of the portfolio as necessary.
As a Corporate Credit Analyst, you will play a key role in assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers and making recommendations to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on borrowers and analyze financial statements to identify potential risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Relationship Managers and Credit Officers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of loan renewals and limit adjustments.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in fundamental corporate analysis after Post Graduation (CA/CFA/MBA Finance or their equivalents).
- Experience in covering EMEA Large Corporates, understanding of loan documentation and key credit protections, and familiarity with Bloomberg/CapIQ and similar systems.
