**Job Title:** Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect

**Location**: Remote, flexible work arrangement.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform across various modules. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Platform Management: Prioritize and manage incoming ServiceNow-related tasks, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Task Assignment: Allocate tasks to team members based on skillsets, workload, and project requirements to optimize team performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with customers, gathering and clarifying requirements, providing updates on project progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment, providing technical guidance, and supporting professional development.

**Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, HR, or other modules). 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role, managing technical teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and administration; familiarity with ITIL processes; knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
