Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will oversee the growth and expansion of enterprise accounts, taking full ownership of product launches, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive account growth and improvement through strategic initiatives
  • Nurture deep relationships with customers to identify opportunities for expansion
  • Actively manage customer experience, solve pain points, and upsell and cross sell
  • Identify churn risks early and proactively address root causes
  • Maximize lifetime value by ensuring ongoing clinical and commercial value from the platform
  • Introduce new modules, solutions, and upgrades based on contextual need
  • Plan engagement and outreach programs to maintain visibility and build easy rapport with clinicians and hospital staff
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching and mentorship

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in managing multiple stakeholders and driving revenue growth
  • Strong command of English and local language (based on territory)
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment with Sales, Product, and Customer Support
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital communication platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Allied Health, or B Tech with healthcare exposure
  • MBA in Healthcare, Marketing, or General Management is an advantage
