Job Description:

As a Senior Consultant in the social space, you will collaborate with clients to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business transformation. Your expertise will be sought after to enhance customer engagement, employee collaboration, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Strategy & Consulting: Work with clients to design and implement tailored solutions that meet their unique challenges. Provide insights into best practices and innovative approaches to incorporating social technologies in operational processes.
  • Industry Expertise: Utilize deep industry knowledge to create solutions that address the distinct needs of clients across various sectors. Offer expert recommendations to optimize client operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and deploy social solutions that enable clients to streamline operations, improve collaboration, and boost customer engagement. This may include integrating social media tools, collaborative platforms, and community engagement strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of social solutions into existing workflows. Assist in aligning social strategies with business goals across various functions.
  • Change Management: Guide clients through the process of adopting new social tools and platforms, ensuring smooth adoption by educating stakeholders and managing potential resistance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and value delivery. Address client concerns, provide expert recommendations, and follow up on the success of social initiatives.
  • Training & Enablement: Lead training sessions to educate clients on effective social tool usage, equipping client teams with knowledge to maximize solution benefits.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor social solution performance post-implementation, providing regular updates to clients. Use analytics to measure the impact of social strategies on client operations, business outcomes, and customer engagement.
  • Thought Leadership & Innovation: Stay current on social media trends and related technologies, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and the development of new methodologies or frameworks that enhance social business transformation.
