Job Description:

Key Responsibilities include ensuring the successful end-to-end execution of social media campaigns. Additionally, you will manage a team of social media executives and provide timely reporting to the department head. Furthermore, frequent reviews and monitoring of existing social media channels are required to ensure campaign improvement. You will also assist the department HOD in developing presentation decks for new client proposals and contribute to the development, execution, and management of workflow processes.

Fundamentally, this role entails strategizing and leading community outreach with the social media team. Collaborating with the in-house SEO and PPC teams to build and manage an active blogger outreach program is also essential. Moreover, you will monitor and evaluate trends in social media trends, applications, and tools.

Requirements :

We seek individuals with excellent written and spoken English language skills. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work creatively and analytically in a high-pressure problem-solving environment are essential. The desired candidate must be a self-starter capable of working independently with minimal instruction. A proven project management skillset is mandatory, as is a demonstrated passion for social media marketing.

Educational Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience :
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience working in Social Media Marketing; agency experience is desirable
