SAP Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Transformation Leader to oversee the end-to-end implementation and management of SAP S/4HANA on RISE.

  1. Lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA on RISE transformation program ensuring timely, within budget, and high-quality results.
  2. Define program objectives, success metrics, timelines, and budgets in alignment with business goals.
  3. Oversee functional, technical, integration, and data migration workstreams to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and RISE best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Manage program governance, risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruptions.
  6. Drive business process transformation leveraging S/4HANA capabilities to achieve desired outcomes.
  7. Act as primary point of contact for executive sponsors and stakeholders providing regular updates and progress reports.
  8. Foster effective communication across business, IT, and vendor partners to ensure collaborative working relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP program/project management with a strong background in large-scale transformations.
  • 5+ years leading SAP S/4HANA programs with RISE experience required.
  • Experience in Manufacturing or Apparel industries is a plus.
  • Proven track record in delivering SAP cloud transformations and migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and large-scale ERP implementation methodologies.
  • Experience managing governance, risk, and compliance in global environments.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
