Deliver comprehensive cloud-based finance, HR, and technology transformations for forward-thinking organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end engagements from requirements gathering to solution design, configuration, development, testing, training, and go-live.
Develop strategic business solutions leveraging Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and other related technologies.
Business Acumen- Deep understanding of corporate planning and budgeting processes, including financial planning, workforce planning, CAPEX planning, project-level planning, and cash-flow forecasting.
- Strong technical skills configuring Oracle PBCS applications: metadata imports, forms, task-flow setup, security model design, authoring business rules (Groovy and native calculation scripts).
- Hands-on experience integrating Oracle PBCS with ERP/HCM Cloud (and other source systems) to automate data loads and ensure data integrity.
- Oracle EPM Certification in PBCS (desired) and/or equivalent hands-on project experience on the Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service platform.
