Job Title: CRM Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics CRM and experience with full life cycle implementations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with development teams, providing business user needs understanding, and helping resolve queries related to requirements. They will also document business requirements and review them with both business and technology teams.

In addition, they will work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for test cases and scenarios. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to address user questions and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Dynamics CRM solutions from scratch
  • Configuring MS CRM systems
  • Ensuring data integrity and security
  • Maintaining existing CRM systems
  • Providing end-user support and training

Requirements:

  • Dynamics CRM implementation experience
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of Common Data Model and SSRS reporting services
  • Basic knowledge of application integrations with MS CRM
