We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Executive to join our team.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing contract labour, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
- This role also involves handling employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary proceedings in a fair and timely manner.
- In addition, the Human Resources Executive will oversee payroll administration, processing, and management to guarantee accurate payment of salaries on time.
- The ideal candidate will also ensure legal compliance by handling industrial relations matters related to wages, IR, and other relevant laws.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar position is required.
- An MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations is preferred but not mandatory.
- The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of contract labour management principles and practices under various labor laws (e.g., Factories Act).
- Proficiency in handling payroll administration tasks, including processing payments through SAP or similar systems, is essential.
