Human Resources Coordinator
">About the Role:">The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail business objectives and staff-related challenges, enabling them to create strategic recommendations. As the main point of contact for staffs and sales teams, you will drive governance on human resource metrics such as staffing, retention, engagement, and cost for the business.
">Key responsibilities include driving governance on human resource metrics, engaging with regional managers/territory managers on recruitment, compensation, and employee relations, ensuring employee satisfaction and development, training and mentoring HR initiatives, and directly interacting with store staffs to implement change initiatives.
">Additionally, you will be responsible for HR operations, induction, performance management, employee relations, and exit processes. Coaching individual managers on growing management/leadership capabilities is also essential. Travel across the country for staff meetings may be required.

- 3-6 years' experience in retail relationship management, preferably in large-format businesses.">
- Ability to manage big teams.">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
