Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to serve as our Dispute Resolution Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating a fair and transparent work environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing employee concerns and stakeholder grievances in a professional and discreet manner.

  1. You will receive, log, and manage all formal complaints and grievances
  2. Conduct impartial investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation
  3. Meditate between parties to reach fair and timely resolutions
  4. E nsure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws
  5. Advise employees and management on dispute handling procedures
  6. Identify recurring patterns and suggest process or policy improvements
Key Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in dispute resolution, employee relations, or a similar role
  • Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills
  • Able to remain objective and unbiased in sensitive situations
  • High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
