
Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to serve as our Dispute Resolution Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating a fair and transparent work environment.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing employee concerns and stakeholder grievances in a professional and discreet manner.
- You will receive, log, and manage all formal complaints and grievances
- Conduct impartial investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation
- Meditate between parties to reach fair and timely resolutions
- E nsure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws
- Advise employees and management on dispute handling procedures
- Identify recurring patterns and suggest process or policy improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in dispute resolution, employee relations, or a similar role
- Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills
- Able to remain objective and unbiased in sensitive situations
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
